RightIndem & Asia Affinity strike alliance to provide digital claims solutions in Asia

Asia Affinity, one of Asia’s leading providers of Financial Services, digital empowerment and service innovation solutions for the SME and small community sectors, today announced the launch of a partnership and business alliance with Symvan portfolio company, RightIndem, to further validate and extend its global drive towards integrated digital claims processing solutions.

When combined within Asia Affinity’s blockchain-enabled policy processing and management platforms, it will deliver a fully integrated suite of services allowing the partnership to service a broad range of Asia Affinity’s ecosystem partners, delivering cost-effective Straight Through Processing and adding measurable and repeatable value to both customer and consumer transactions.

Initial deliveries in Japan within both the Insurer and Small-Amount and Short-Term Insurance (SASTI) environment will be a significant milestone for RightIndem, who is expanding their international footprint to markets which host some of the world’s largest insurance players.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with such a forward-thinking organisation as Asia Affinity not only to assist them in their purpose to provide digital claims solutions to their customers, but to develop extended solutions for mutual benefit,” said Oliver McGuinness, CEO of RightIndem. “This is our initial deployment into Asia and an exciting opportunity which will enable us to expand at greater speed.”

“We are delighted to finalise this exciting new partnership, that will deliver RightIndem’s leading-edge and innovative digital claims solutions to our valued clients and business partners in Asia Pacific. Furthermore, the partnership will enable us both to accelerate delivery of high-performance and cost-effective digital claims solutions regionally and importantly allow both companies to jointly develop new claims solutions that fit the needs of the digital economy and Asia Affinity’s Disaster Risk Reduction and Risk Mitigation strategies.” said Graham Clark, Asia Affinity Chairman & CEO.
