Contxt wins Innovate UK grant to manage personal data

Contxt, a Symvan portfolio company, has been awarded a research and development grant to build a new solution to redact and transform personal data by Innovate UK, the UK’s Innovation agency.

The grant will accelerate the development of Contxt’s machine learning model that analyses personally identifiable information (PII) in motion. With the recent launch of its first product Darkspark, Contxt allows developers to build privacy compliance into new applications and makes it easier for security teams to proactively manage the risk of personal data exposure and exfiltration.

Contxt closed a pre-Seed funding round in December 2021, and is supported by Symvan Capital and 1414 Ventures.
