BrokerIQ partners with global technology firm iPipeline
Leading global financial services technology provider iPipeline has announced a partnership with innovative start-up and adviser technology business, BrokerIQ.
BrokerIQ is a portfolio company of the Symvan's technology SEIS and EIS funds.
Through this partnership, iPipeline will integrate its powerful collection of indicative and predictive web services – called PreQuo – with BrokerIQ’s customer engagement platform to effectively illustrate risk as well as the cost of protection.
BrokerIQ is a fully brandable, client communication platform that enables advice businesses and brokers to advance their client engagement to the next level – a key objective for many firms as part of their ongoing Consumer Duty strategies.
The platform, which is delivered by simple apps to smartphones or tablets, enables adviser firms to build an enhanced engagement strategy with their clients, whilst opening new channels of communication, such as personalised push notifications, to improve the client experience. Additional tools include in app chat, automated notifications and reminders, client profiling, video messaging, product vault, in app referrals, and much more.
“We are delighted to be working with such a prominent and forward-thinking partner to deliver a superior service to end customers via intermediaries,” said Joanne Cole, Founder of BrokerIQ. “BrokerIQ’s key mission is to enhance efficiency and engagement when dealing with clients and make that process as easy as possible for advisers.”
Paul Yates, Product Strategy Director at iPipeline, added, “Put simply, our purpose is to help more consumers plan and protect their financial futures more easily through great technology. So, when we are made aware of innovative start-ups – such as BrokerIQ – that share the same core aim, we’re always keen to build such partnerships.”
“Deeper client engagement is not just an ambition for advisers, Consumer Duty has made it a requirement,” added Yates. “We’re delighted that PreQuo can help build focus on protection and become a small part of what I’m sure will be the BrokerIQ success story.”
