EIS & Symvan feature in City A.M.
There is a very informative supplement included in today’s City A.M. focussing on EIS investing and what investors should be considering ahead of the end of the tax year on 5th April. The aforementioned supplement includes an article entitled “Symvan Capital: Curating Tomorrow’s Technology Growth” which seeks to provide insight for investors seeking answers why tax-efficient investing may or may not be interesting to them. It is our firm belief that – whilst the tax advantages are highly attractive – a holistic portfolio approach makes sense. We also explore a familiar theme in dealing with transparency in fees for investee companies and even manage a plug for two of Symvan’s FinTech investments.
One of the challenges for many wealth managers and HNW investors over the next few weeks is which fund(s) to choose as an investment and how to evaluate those funds. We would like to highlight an event that Symvan is hosting on Thursday, 5th March entitled “Hot Topics in EIS Fund Due Diligence” which features a panel that includes representatives from Tilney Wealth Management, Allenbridge and Symvan. Places are limited. Register here.
